Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de fintechsector zoeken we een Medior Java Developer die mee het hart van een geavanceerd platform verder uitbouwt. Je werkt aan een product dat bedrijven helpt hun financiële processen en betalingsstromen te automatiseren.

Je komt terecht in een compact en gespecialiseerd developmentteam waar je een belangrijke rol speelt in het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van backend-oplossingen. Dankzij de beperkte teamgrootte krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en heb je directe impact op zowel technische beslissingen als de verdere evolutie van het platform.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van backend-functionaliteiten in Java
  • Ontwerpen en realiseren van integraties met externe systemen en partners
  • Mee nadenken over de architectuur en schaalbaarheid van het platform
  • Analyseren en verbeteren van bestaande processen en applicaties
  • Samenwerken met frontend developers, QA en testing-profielen
  • Technische uitdagingen identificeren en proactief oplossingen voorstellen
  • Het overzicht bewaren op systeemniveau en bijdragen aan een stabiele en performante omgeving

Profiel

Je bent een developer die graag ownership neemt en verder kijkt dan enkel de code. Je stelt vragen, denkt kritisch mee en houdt ervan om complexe technische uitdagingen te doorgronden.

Wat breng je mee?

Must-have

  • +- 4 jaar ervaring als Back End Developer
  • Sterke kennis van Java (ervaring met recente versies is een plus)
  • Ervaring met SQL-databases
  • Ervaring met systeemintegraties en API-koppelingen
  • Nederlandstalig

Nice-to-have

  • Kennis van Golang
  • Ervaring met webbooks
  • Ervaring binnen een productomgeving of fintechcontext
