Je brengt structuur aan, maakt dossiers snel eigen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het juridisch werk. Je beweegt mee met de situatie en zorgt voor continuïteit in een omgeving waarin dossiers uiteenlopen in aard en complexiteit. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen inhoudelijke beoordeling, klantcontact en het vinden van een praktische oplossing. Functieomschrijving In deze rol werk je aan lopende en nieuwe consumentendossiers. Je analyseert de stand van zaken, formuleert een plan van aanpak en communiceert helder met leden, collega's en wederpartijen. Je beoordeelt de haalbaarheid, zet de juiste route uit (advies, onderhandeling, klachtprocedure of juridische vervolgstappen) en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige dossiervorming. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen van een plan van aanpak en bepalen van de juridische strategie passend bij de belangen van het lid - Informeren en adviseren van leden over rechten, kansen, risico's en vervolgstappen (verwachtingsmanagement) - Opstellen en beoordelen van correspondentie zoals ingebrekestellingen, sommaties, verweerbrieven en schikkingsvoorstellen - Onderhandelen met wederpartijen en bewaken van een zorgvuldige en tijdige procedure - Afstemmen met collega's over inzet van expertise en taakverdeling, en waar nodig overdragen richting specialist of externe procesvertegenwoordiging Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris tussen €4.000 en €5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Professionele begeleiding en een persoonlijke aanpak - Projecten die aansluiten op jouw expertise en manier van werken - Opleidingsbudget en training in AI geletterdheid - Toegang tot d...
