Niet meer iemand die alles dubbel laat checken, maar een professional die zelfstandig dossiers oppakt. Bij Vlaardingen krijg je die ruimte: gevarieerde dossiers, een Omgevingswet die nog dagelijks vragen oplevert en collega's die dichtbij zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Medior Jurist Omgevingswet behandel je een gevarieerd palet aan handhavingszaken, bezwaarprocedures en juridische adviezen. Je werkt zelfstandig, met de senior jurist als sparringpartner en mentor. Je werkt nauw samen met toezichthouders, casemanagers en beleidsmedewerkers en vertaalt complexe regelgeving naar werkbare adviezen. Je weet wanneer je moet schakelen en wanneer je doorpakt. - Behandelen van handhavingszaken en bezwaar- en eerstelijnsberoepsprocedures - Adviseren van toezichthouders en casemanagers over juridische haalbaarheid - Opstellen van besluiten, brieven en juridische correspondentie - Bijdragen aan beleidsontwikkeling en proceswijzigingen - Bijhouden van jurisprudentie en relevante ontwikkelingen - Ondersteunen van de senior jurist bij complexere dossiers Wie ben jij? Jij bent een ambitieuze jurist die wil doorgroeien tot specialist op het gebied van bestuurs- en omgevingsrecht. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt mee en durft kritische vragen te stellen. Je voelt je thuis in een team waar leren en initiatief ruimte krijgen. Wat breng je mee? - HBO- of WO-opleiding rechten (Bestuursrecht of vergelijkbaar) - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in bestuursrecht of bouw- en omgevingsrecht - Kennis van de Omgevingswet en het Bbl, of de wil dit snel eigen te maken - Ervaring met bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures - Sterke schrijf- en adviesvaardigheden Jouw team en de organisatie Je werkt bij het team Bouw- en Woningtoezicht van geme...
