Ben jij een ervaren kredietanalist met een passie voor woonkredieten? Wil je meebouwen aan de woondromen van duizenden Belgen? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou!

Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler in de wereld van hypothecaire kredieten. Als grootste commercieel platform in België werken ze samen met meer dan 700 makelaars om klanten te begeleiden naar de beste kredietoplossingen. Hier draait alles om maatwerk, samenwerking en impact.

Als medior kredietanalist ben jij de spil in het beoordelen en opvolgen van kredietaanvragen. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met klantgerichtheid en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier vlot en correct wordt afgehandeld. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseren van kredietaanvragen op basis van solvabiliteit en acceptatiecriteria van kredietmaatschappijen
  • Beoordelen van dossiers volgens richtlijnen van partnerbanken
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van dossiers van aanvraag tot akte bij de notaris
  • Communicatie met makelaars via telefoon en e-mail
  • Waken over een snelle en correcte verwerking van aanvragen (binnen 48 uur)
  • Actief bijdragen aan optimalisatie van processen en samenwerking met partners
  • Een bachelor in bedrijfsbeheer of gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in kredietanalyse, bij voorkeur binnen woonkredieten
  • Vlotte communicatie in zowel Nederlands als Frans
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset en verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Zin voor initiatief en een professionele communicatiestijl
