Functieomschrijving Als Medior Landschapsontwerper werk je aan uiteenlopende ruimtelijke opgaven binnen de stedelijke omgeving. Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar hoogwaardige, toekomstbestendige ontwerpen voor de openbare ruimte en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een groene, leefbare en aantrekkelijke stad. Je werkt zelfstandig aan landschappelijke projecten en werkt nauw samen met senior ontwerpers, stedenbouwkundigen, projectmanagers en andere disciplines binnen integrale ontwerpteams. Van gebiedsvisies en masterplannen tot concrete inrichtingsvraagstukken: jij brengt ruimtelijke ambities samen met technische, maatschappelijke en ecologische belangen. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan projecten in verschillende fasen, van analyse en conceptvorming tot ontwerpuitwerking en realisatie. Daarbij denk je mee over thema's zoals vergroening, klimaatadaptatie, biodiversiteit, mobiliteit en de kwaliteit van de openbare ruimte. Werkzaamheden: - Opstellen van landschappelijke visies, masterplannen en programma's van eisen voor ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen; - Uitwerken van ontwerpconcepten en ontwerpvoorstellen op verschillende schaalniveaus; - Vertalen van ruimtelijke analyses en beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete landschappelijke oplossingen; - Maken van schetsontwerpen, presentaties, visualisaties en ontwerpdocumentaties; - Ontwerpen en uitwerken van openbare ruimtes, groenstructuren en landschappelijke ingrepen; - Opstellen van beplantingsvoorstellen en adviseren over duurzame groenoplossingen; - Uitvoeren van ruimtelijke analyses en quickscans bij herinrichtings- en onderhoudsvraagstukken; - Bijdragen aan participatieprocessen en het beoordelen van bewonersinitiatieven; - Samenwerken met landschapsarchitecten, stedenbouwkundigen, verkeerskundigen, projectleiders en andere vakdisc...
