Als Medior Letselschadebehandelaar in Utrecht behandel je zelfstandig middelzware letselschadedossiers van A tot Z. Je beoordeelt aansprakelijkheid en schade, onderhoudt contact met alle betrokken partijen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige, rechtvaardige afhandeling. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke expertise met oog voor de mens achter het dossier. Samenwerken en ontwikkelen Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling terwijl je werkt aan uitdagende opdrachten die er echt toe doen. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris tussen € 3.500,00 en € 5.000,00 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur; - De mogelijkheid om 32 - 40 uur te werken; - Hybride werken, waarvan 2 dagen per week op kantoor in Utrecht; - De mogelijkheid om Wft certificaten te behalen op kosten van YoungCapital NEXT; - Werken in een professioneel team met veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling en eigen - verantwoordelijkheid. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als letselschadebehandelaar bij een WA-verzekeraar; - Ervaring met het zelfstandig behandelen van middelzware letselschades; - Relevante vakinhoudelijke opleidingen; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een empathische, klantgerichte houding.
