Je werkt aan slimme machines die écht het verschil maken in de machinebouw. Als Medior Mechanical Engineer Machinebouw vertaal je technische vraagstukken naar innovatieve en maakbare ontwerpen. Geen standaard projecten, maar uitdagende techniek waarin je jouw kennis verder ontwikkelt. Wat ga je doen?Als Medior Mechanical Engineer Machinebouw werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van klantgerichte machines en technische installaties. Je vertaalt functionele eisen naar slimme 3D-constructies en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen technisch haalbaar en produceerbaar zijn. Daarbij maak je gebruik van CAD-software zoals SolidWorks, Inventor of Siemens NX en houd je rekening met maakbaarheid, kostprijs en kwaliteit. Ook voer je technische berekeningen uit en werk je ontwerpen uit tot duidelijke productiedocumentatie. Je schakelt regelmatig met collega's uit engineering, productie en projectmanagement om ontwerpen verder te optimaliseren. Daarnaast denk je mee over innovatieve oplossingen, standaardisatie en verbeteringen binnen bestaande machines. Je begeleidt waar nodig junior engineers en ondersteunt bij technische vraagstukken tijdens assemblage of inbedrijfstelling. Zo draag je bij aan betrouwbare, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige machines binnen de machinebouw. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ontwerpen en construeren van machines en machineonderdelen in een 3D CAD-programma; - Uitwerken van technische concepten naar maakbare constructies en productietekeningen; - Uitvoeren van technische berekeningen en controleren van constructies; - Opstellen en beheren van stuklijsten, technische documentatie en revisies; - Afstemmen van technische oplossingen met productie, inkoop en projectmanagement; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van ontwerpverbeteringen en standaardisaties; - Ondersteunen bij technische vraagstukken tijdens assemblage, testen en inbedrijfstelling.
