Voor onze opdrachtgever in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een servicegerichte en proactieve Onsite Support Engineer. In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers bij IT-vragen en storingen op locatie. Je biedt ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende hardware-, software- en werkplek gerelateerde incidenten, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers hun werkzaamheden zo snel mogelijk kunnen hervatten. Je komt terecht in een dynamische en professionele werkomgeving waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Dankzij de afwisseling in werkzaamheden, de diversiteit aan technische vraagstukken en het directe contact met gebruikers krijg je volop de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en je IT-kennis verder uit te breiden.
