Organisatie Het bedrijf is een middelgrote risicodragende ontwikkelaar, gevestigd in Rotterdam en actief in de regio Rotterdam en omstreken. De organisatie ontwikkelt voornamelijk woningbouw en maatschappelijk vastgoed en staat bekend om projecten die maatschappelijke waarde creëren én commercieel haalbaar zijn. Duurzaamheid en circulair bouwen staan hoog in het vaandel. Er wordt voortdurend gezocht naar innovatieve oplossingen die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving. Binnen het team heerst een nuchtere, hands-on mentaliteit: korte lijnen, snel schakelen en volop ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en initiatief. Functieomschrijving - Uitwerken van haalbaarheidsstudies en businesscases; - Begeleiden van woningbouw- en maatschappelijk vastgoedprojecten; - Aansturen van ontwerp- en adviesteams; - Onderhouden van contacten met gemeenten, beleggers en eindgebruikers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Bijdragen aan duurzame en circulaire concepten binnen de projecten. Functie-eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als ontwikkelaar, bij voorkeur in woningbouw en/of maatschappelijk vastgoed; - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijv. bouwkunde, vastgoedkunde, planologie); - Ervaring met projectontwikkeling van initiatie tot realisatie; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om belangen te verbinden; - Kennis van duurzaamheid en circulair bouwen (pré); - Een ondernemende instelling en gevoel voor maatschappelijke impact.
