Als Medior Pensioenspecialist bij Capgemini Pensioen Services werk je aan een toekomstbestendige pensioenuitvoering. Sinds 2021 verzorgen wij de pensioenuitvoering voor een van de grootste pensioenfondsen van Nederland. Dankzij de combinatie van pensioenkennis, technologie, digitalisering en automatisering lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van onze dienstverlening. In deze rol werk je aan: - Het beoordelen en uitvoeren van complexe pensioenberekeningen en administratieve mutaties - Het beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen van deelnemers, werkgevers en andere stakeholders - Het onderhouden van contact met ketenpartners zoals accountants, deurwaarders en salarisadministrateurs - Het signaleren, initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere dienstverlening - Het adviseren over pensioenadministratieve en procesmatige vraagstukken en het begeleiden van junior collega's binnen het team. Jouw profiel Je hebt: - Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding of hbo werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen de pensioensector of een vergelijkbare administratieve of financiële omgeving - Affiniteit met de pensioen-, verzekerings- of bancaire sector - Ervaring met het begeleiden...
