Voor een vooraanstaande en snelgroeiende software ontwikkelaar binnen de internationale grafische en verpakkingsindustrie zoeken we momenteel naar een Medior Product Manager. In deze rol staat het mede vormgeven, beheren en stroomlijnen van een gloednieuw cloudplatform centraal, een innovatief product dat de standaard zal bepalen voor de komende decennia. Er wordt intensief samengewerkt met een internationaal team van ontwikkelaars en productspecialisten om waardevolle functionaliteiten succesvol vorm te geven.

De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een mensgerichte, dynamische en pragmatische bedrijfscultuur waarin gedrevenheid hand in hand gaat met een waarderende en genereuze aanpak. Als centrale spilfiguur krijgt de Product Manager de kans om vanuit een hypermodern hoofdkantoor in de regio Oostkamp direct impact te maken op geavanceerde software-oplossingen en te genieten van uitstekende professionele groeimogelijkheden.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je werkt nauw samen met de lead product manager aan het opstellen, verfijnen en beheren van de strategische productroadmap voor de SaaS-oplossingen.
  • Je neemt de leiding over kleinere, innovatieve cloudprojecten en denkt actief mee over het UI/UX-design van specifieke softwaremodules.
  • Je neemt Scrum-gerelateerde taken voor jouw rekening zoals het faciliteren van daily stand-ups, het bewaken van deadlines en het ondersteunen van de teamwerking.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met een multidisciplinair team van developers in België en Zweden om de kwalitatieve voortgang van de softwareontwikkeling te waarborgen.
  • Je verzamelt en analyseert behoeften uit de markt en vertaalt deze naar heldere functionele specificaties voor de IT-teams.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante ervaring als Product Manager binnen een software- of ERP-omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling en de communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot om te gaan met verandering en weerstand.
  • Je staat er voor open om jouw rol flexibel in te vullen vanuit zowel een Product Management- als een Scrum Master-invalshoek.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over affiniteit met of ervaring in de maak-, verpakkings- of drukwerksector.
