Medior projectleider Gemeente Woerden Gemeente Woerden is op zoek naar een Medior projectleider! - Fulltime - HBO Wat ga je doen? Als medior projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en realisatie van grote projecten binnen de fysieke leefomgeving. Je stuurt projecten zelfstandig aan en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van initiatief tot en met de overdracht. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Je leidt projecten binnen gebiedsontwikkeling, openbare ruimte en infrastructuur, van initiatief tot en met uitvoering en overdracht aan beheer. Aan de hand van jouw persoonlijke interesse/voorkeur bepalen we met welke projecten je aan de slag gaat. - Je stuurt op planning, financiën, risico's, kwaliteit en besluitvorming (GROTICK) en bewaakt de samenhang tussen de verschillende projectonderdelen. - Je bereidt bestuurlijke besluitvorming voor, adviseert bestuur en management en vertaalt ambities naar haalbare projectresultaten. - Je geeft leiding aan integrale projectteams en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken disciplines. - Je onderhoudt het contact met inwoners, marktpartijen, andere overheden en andere stakeholders en zorgt voor draagvlak en voortgang. Wat vragen wij? Competenties - We zoeken een medior projectleider die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en projecten met vertrouwen en overzicht leidt. Daarbij zien we graag het volgende terug: - Leiderschap en resultaatgerichtheid: je neemt regie, stelt prioriteiten en stuurt op planning, financiën, risico's, kwaliteit en besluitvorming (GROKIT). Je houdt koers en zorgt dat projecten succesvol worden gerealiseerd. - Samenwerken en verbinden: je bouwt aan sterke samenwerkingen en weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen. Je creëert draagvlak en houdt de voortgang in complexe projecten. - Communicatief vaardig en bestuurlijk sensitief: je communiceert helder, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende gesprekspartners en beweegt je soepel...
