Als Medior Projectleider bij Enver zorg jij ervoor dat projecten binnen de jeugdzorg gestructureerd, efficiënt en met impact worden uitgevoerd. Jij bent dé sparringpartner voor management, programma-eigenaren, collega-projectleiders en andere stakeholders. Met jouw expertise in projectmanagement vertaal je strategie naar concrete acties en coördineer je projecten binnen onder andere het transitieprogramma - waarbij je resultaten realiseert en duurzame impact bewaakt. Jouw rol als projectleider Als projectleider werk je zelfstandig aan meerdere projecten, onder andere binnen het transitieprogramma dat bestaat uit zeven programma's met diverse (sub)projecten. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en implementeren van projectresultaten binnen de afgesproken kaders van tijd, geld en kwaliteit. Je zet projecten op, voert ze uit en zorgt dat resultaten daadwerkelijk landen in de organisatie. Daarbij stuur je op voortgang, samenhang, communicatie en borging van projectresultaten. Dit vraagt van jou dat je continu het overzicht bewaart over meerdere gelijktijdig lopende projecten en rekening houdt met de bredere organisatiecontext waarin deze projecten plaatsvinden. De projecten waaraan je werkt variëren in aard: van projecten gericht op de lange termijnstrategie van de organisatie - waaronder missie, visie en strategie - tot projecten die processen optimaliseren en inhoudelijke verbeteringen realiseren. Ook ondersteunende processen worden continu verbeterd, bijvoorbeeld via projecten rondom planningstools en ERP-systemen.
