Als Medior Projectleider bij het ontwerpbureau ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol leiden en coördineren van complexe civiele techniekprojecten met een focus op duurzaamheid en milieu. Je fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen de verschillende stakeholders, waaronder klanten, overheden, en interne specialisten. Je begeleidt het volledige projectproces, van initiële ontwerpfase tot en met de implementatie, waarbij je zowel technische expertise als managementvaardigheden inzet om hoogwaardige resultaten te leveren. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het opstellen en bewaken van project-specifieke planningen, budgetten en kwaliteitsstandaarden; - Het coördineren en aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams; - Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers en andere belanghebbenden; - Het identificeren en beheersen van projectrisico's; - Het verzorgen van rapportages over de voortgang van projecten; - Het bijdragen aan de technische en inhoudelijke kwaliteit van het ontwerpproces; - Het signaleren en benutten van kansen voor aanvullende dienstverlening.

In deze rol krijg je de kans om door te groeien naar een senior positie binnen het projectmanagement, waarbij je complexere en grootschaligere projecten kunt gaan leiden. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke expertisegebieden zoals duurzaamheidsvraagstukken of internationale projecten, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en interesses.
