Als Medior Projectmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorg je ervoor dat bouwprojecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je werkt aan diverse projecten tegelijk, van kantoorverbouwingen tot nieuwbouw van onderwijsinstellingen. Jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen het aansturen van aannemers: je denkt mee over de beste oplossingen, signaleert risico's en zorgt voor heldere communicatie met alle betrokkenen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coördineren van bouwprojecten in de realisatiefase, van start tot oplevering; - Fungeren als schakel tussen opdrachtgever, architecten, aannemers en andere partijen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen en voortgangsgesprekken; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief schakelen om problemen te voorkomen; - Opstellen van rapportages en adviseren van opdrachtgevers over belangrijke beslissingen; - Begeleiden van changemanagementtrajecten om eindgebruikers voor te bereiden op hun nieuwe werkomgeving.

Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen projecten te leiden en je stempel te drukken op de aanpak. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig: denk aan het aansturen van grotere en complexere projecten, het ontwikkelen van specialisaties zoals duurzaamheid of circulariteit, of het coachen van junior projectmanagers.
