Your role Als Payroll Consultant ben jij de eigenaar van jouw eigen klantenpakket. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om klanten volledig proactief te ontzorgen, je denkt altijd een stap verder. Je bezoekt regelmatig klanten, denkt actief met ze mee en komt met concrete oplossingen voor hun vraagstukken. Commercieel inzicht en een proactieve werkhouding zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Wat ga je doen? Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Eigenaarschap over een eigen klantportefeuille - jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten - Proactief klanten bezoeken, sparren over hun uitdagingen en oplossingen bieden - Samen met collega's zorgen dat élke klant volledig en tijdig wordt bediend - Verwerken van mutaties en draaien van loonruns in NMBRS of BCS - Uitvoeren van pensioenadministraties - Verzorgen van de belastingaangiftes voor klanten - Bijhouden van relevante CAO's en wet- en regelgeving - Signaleren van kansen om processen te verbeteren of te automatiseren Your profile We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel: - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in de salarisadministratie - In het bezit van een PD...
