Als PHP Developer werk je aan een drukbezocht online platform met een grote, actieve gebruikersgroep. Jij zorgt dat de techniek achter de schermen snel, veilig en betrouwbaar is. Je werkt in een ervaren ontwikkelteam in Brabant. Je krijgt vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om je vakmanschap verder uit te bouwen. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Je richt je op de backend van een webapplicatie die continu in ontwikkeling is. Met PHP en Symfony bouw je aan nieuwe functionaliteit en maak je bestaande code beter. Je werkt in korte iteraties en levert regelmatig werkende software op. Daarbij kijk je kritisch naar performance en schaalbaarheid. - Je ontwikkelt nieuwe backend-functionaliteit in PHP met het Symfony-framework. - Je refactort en verbetert bestaande code voor betere leesbaarheid en snelheid. - Je bouwt en onderhoudt REST-API's voor koppelingen met front-end en externe partijen. - Je optimaliseert databasequeries en de prestaties van de applicatie. - Je schrijft tests en reviewt de code van je collega's. - Je plant werk samen met Product Owners en je teamgenoten. - Je deelt je voortgang en oplossingen met collega's buiten het team. - Je doet voorstellen voor technische verbeteringen en werkt deze zelf uit.
