Je werkt op het snijvlak van inhoud, proces en samenwerking. Daarbij zorg je niet alleen voor voortgang, maar ook voor draagvlak en verbinding tussen partijen met uiteenlopende belangen. Je opereert vanuit duurzaam leiderschap: doelgericht, met oog voor de lange termijn en de gebruikers van het gebied Wat ga je doen? Je werkt voor en bij opdrachtgevers zoals gemeenten, provincies, netbeheerders en waterschappen aan uitdagende opdrachten in het fysieke domein. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leidinggeven aan projecten en gebiedsprocessen - Verbinden van korte termijn acties met strategische doelen - Afstemmen met specialisten (zoals planeconomen, juristen en stedenbouwkundigen) - Op het opzetten en mede uitvoeren van participatiesessies met en voor stakeholders - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers en deelnemen aan bestuurlijke overleggen - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en belangen in een complexe (politieke) omgeving - Creëren van draagvlak onder betrokkenen, van bestuurders tot inwoners - Het achterlaten van een duidelijke visie en werkwijze Wat breng je mee? Je bent een ervaren professional die het overzicht houdt en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen inhoud, proces en stakeholders.
