Je werkt samen in een betrokken team van salarisadministrateurs waarin kennis delen, samenwerken en plezier hand in hand gaan. Medior-senior salarisadministrateur bij Konings Maters Als ervaren salarisprofessional weet je hoe belangrijk jouw werk is. Je bent voor ondernemers en HR-verantwoordelijken een betrouwbare sparringpartner bij salarisverwerking, cao's, arbeidsrecht en pensioenregelingen. Je adviseert klanten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de salarisadministratie en vertaalt complexe wet- en regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor salaris gerelateerde vraagstukken van je eigen klantenportefeuille met uiteenlopende mkb-bedrijven. Als specialist breng je overzicht in een vakgebied dat steeds complexer wordt. Wat ga je doen als medior-senior salarisadministrateur? - Het verzorgen en controleren van periodieke salarisverwerkingen; - Het proactief adviseren van klanten over loonadministratie, cao's, wet- en regelgeving, arbeidsvoorwaarden en procesoptimalisatie; - Het vertalen van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen; - Het beantwoorden en oplossen van complexe salaris- en personeelsvraagstukken; - Het ondersteunen en delen van kennis binnen het team. Wat neem jij mee als medior-senior salarisadministrateur? Je hebt ten minste 5 jaar relevante werkervaring en bent een gedreven salarisadministrateur die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van klantcontact. Je beheerst je vak en hebt je kennis op orde. Je bent prettig, maar duidelijk in je omgang met klanten en je kunt goed omgaan met complexe vraagstukken.
