We bouwen steeds vaker cloud- en AI-oplossingen met Azure, Microsoft Foundry en agent-frameworks. Daarbij kiezen we bewust voor een flexibel technisch fundament, zodat we niet vastzitten aan één tool of aanpak. We onderzoeken waar AI en automatisering het ontwikkelproces kunnen versnellen, met menselijke beoordeling op de momenten die belangrijk zijn. Om die volgende stap te zetten, zoeken we een medior of senior AI software engineer die betrouwbare klantoplossingen bouwt en meebouwt aan onze technische standaarden, werkwijze en cultuur. Of je nu al als senior opereert of als medior klaar bent voor de volgende stap: je krijgt veel ruimte voor initiatief, technische keuzes en het verder professionaliseren van onze engineeringorganisatie. Wie zijn wij? We fixen het. K linkt simpel, maar het zegt veel over hoe we werken. IT RBLS begon met de overtuiging dat IT ook anders kan. Gewoon beginnen, mouwen opstropen en bouwen. Als start-up bouwden we binnen één week onze eerste oplossing en ontdekten we hoeveel impact je kunt maken als je durft te zeggen: "We doen het gewoon." Technologie heeft pas waarde als mensen er echt mee vooruit kunnen. Daarom wachten we niet af. We nemen verantwoordelijkheid, zoeken oplossingen en zetten ideeën om in resultaat. Inmiddels zijn we uitgegroeid tot een vooroplopende speler binnen Microsoft Data & AI, met een gespecialiseerd Fabric-team. We helpen organisaties bij de inzet van AI, data en automatisering en challengen daarbij continu de status quo in de markt.
