Je bouwt voort op bestaande functionaliteit en ontwikkelt plugins, templates, integraties en standaarden die ontwikkelteams helpen sneller en beter software te leveren. Je draagt actief bij aan adoptie door demo's en presentaties te geven, documentatie te maken en ontwikkelteams te ondersteunen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwikkelen en doorontwikkelen van Backstage-functionaliteit. - Inrichten van plugins, templates, integraties en standaarden voor ontwikkelteams. - Geven van demo's en presentaties om gebruik en adoptie te vergroten. - Opstellen van documentatie en ondersteuning bieden aan ontwikkelteams bij adoptie. - Samenwerken met CI/CD-teams, security, operations en ontwikkelteams om Backstage goed te laten aansluiten op de totale ontwikkelketen. Technical Lead - aanvullende verantwoordelijkheden - Meewerken aan het vormgeven van het team, werkwijzen en de gezamenlijke technische visie in overleg met Architect en Product Manager. - Begeleiden van huidige en nieuwe teamleden inhoudelijk; meenemen in keuzes en best practices.
