Pluut & Partners Word Beweegbrenger bij Pluut & Partners! Wil jij werken aan complexe maatschappelijke vraagstukken in zorg, welzijn en overheid? Niet vanaf de zijlijn adviseren, maar zorgen dat er daadwerkelijk iets verandert? Bij Pluut & Partners werken we midden in de transformatie van zorg naar gezondheid. We helpen organisaties en samenwerkingsverbanden om complexe vraagstukken verder te brengen. We werken onder andere voor en met het ministerie van VWS, gemeenten, V&VN, Zorgverzekeraars Nederland, Patiëntenfederatie Nederland, zorgorganisaties en regionale samenwerkingsverbanden. We ontwikkelen bijvoorbeeld landelijke handreikingen, begeleiden regionale samenwerking, bouwen lerende netwerken rond IZA en AZWA en doen actieonderzoek waarmee we organisaties helpen innovaties te implementeren, verbeteren en opschalen. We zoeken een medior of startend senior die een echte Beweegbrenger is: iemand die complexe vraagstukken snel doorgrondt, mensen meekrijgt en zorgt dat ideeën ook echt tot actie leiden. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan meerdere projecten en wisselt tussen verschillende rollen: als projectleider, adviseur of actieonderzoeker. Je gaat onder andere: - projecten leiden, waarbij je stuurt op voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaat en het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor de opdrachtgever; - complexe vraagstukken doorgronden en vertalen naar een aanpak die werkt; - als actieonderzoeker schakelen tussen het begeleiden van leer- en veranderprocessen en het verzamelen, analyseren en duiden van data; - bijeenkomsten en gesprekken begeleiden waarbij je beleidsmakers, professionals, patiënten, inwoners, verzekeraars en andere betrokkenen in beweging brengt; - adviezen, handreikingen en onderzoeksrapportages maken die goed onderbouwd, helder en bruikbaar zijn; - bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van Pluut & Partners, met de mogelijkheid om een chef-rol te gaan vervullen in onze holacratie.
