Als Medior Stedenbouwkundige met affiniteit voor landschap werk je aan diverse en uitdagende projecten. Je ontwikkelt stedenbouwkundige plannen en ontwerpen waarbij je oog hebt voor de landschappelijke context. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team van ontwerpers, planologen en ecologen om tot de beste en meest passende oplossingen te komen. Met jouw ervaring ben je in staat om zelfstandig aan projecten te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor jouw eigen werkzaamheden. Je hebt contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen en weet jouw ideeën en ontwerpen helder te presenteren. Daarnaast krijg je binnen deze functie de ruimte om jouw netwerk in het Oosten van het land verder op en uit te bouwen. Je signaleert kansen, onderhoudt relaties en weet vanuit jouw inhoudelijke kennis bij te dragen aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling en groei van het team Stedenbouw en Landschap in Holten, terwijl je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen richting een meer senior rol.
