Als medior strateeg bij Branddoctors werk je aan strategische trajecten voor organisaties die midden in verandering staan. Denk aan merkpositionering, toekomstvisies, proposities, employer branding, strategie-activatie en organisatieverandering. Je helpt organisaties om scherp te krijgen waar ze naartoe willen, waar ze voor kiezen en hoe ze mensen daarin meekrijgen. Samen met je collega's in een projectteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het traject, de relatie met de klant en de energie in het proces. Bij ons werk je niet alleen ín het bureau, je bouwt ook mee áán ons bureau. Dat vraagt om eigenaarschap, en daar geven we ruimte voor. Veel vrijheid om je eigen tijd en werk in te delen, gecombineerd met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Die combinatie maakt werken bij Branddoctors net even anders dan ergens anders.
