Je werkt binnen de afdeling Support en bent het daar aanspreekpunt voor klanten die technische problemen ondervinden met onze producten en diensten. Samen met collega's die actief zijn in 1e, 2e en 3e-lijns support rollen zorg je dat onze klanten zo snel mogelijk weer aan de slag kunnen als zij een incident of aanvraag bij ons neerleggen. Wat doe je precies? In deze rol hou je je bezig met het oplossen van technische problemen, het bieden van technische ondersteuning via telefoon, e-mail of chat en het documenteren van problemen en oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze beheer- en projectteams om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten de best mogelijke ondersteuning krijgen. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Oplossen van problemen en incidenten op bestaande systemen en netwerken - Behandeling en opvolging van nieuwe incidenten en verzoeken rondom werkplekken en servers. - Kennis delen met collega's m.b.t. de behandeling van incidenten en verzoeken. - Uitvoeren van regulier remote beheer bij klanten. - Aanmaken en beheren van gebruikersaccounts. - Ondersteunen van 1e-lijns medewerkers Je bent proactief, klantgericht en in staat om zelfstandig te werken. Je hebt een passie voor technologie en bent altijd op zoek naar manieren om je kennis en vaardigheden te verbeteren. Je bent flexibel en bereid om buiten kantooruren te werken als dat nodig is.
