Hier krijg je de kans om door te groeien richting cloud, beheer, server, netwerk of projecten. Lees snel verder. Als Support Engineer werk je aan tickets die verder gaan dan standaard accountmutaties. Je helpt MKB-klanten met vraagstukken rond Azure, Intune, Remote Desktop Server, DNS en on-premise omgevingen. Je hebt veel klantcontact, kent jouw klanten goed en krijgt ruimte om werk naar je toe te trekken. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan minder achterstand, tevreden klanten en je eigen groei richting een technisch specialisme. Je houdt je bezig met: - Oplossen van complexere tickets binnen Microsoft-omgevingen. - Klanten helpen via telefoon, mail en geplande ticketmomenten. - Softwareproblemen, Intune-packages en DNS-wijzigingen oppakken. - Doorgroeien richting beheer, cloud, server/netwerk of projectleider.
