De rol is bedoeld voor iemand die in de beginfase van zijn IT-carrière zit, en klaar is voor een volgende stap met directe impact bij klanten. Jouw werkgever Deze MSP telt circa 20 medewerkers, waarvan het merendeel actief is in de dienstverlening. De organisatie is gericht op langdurige klantrelaties, met een sterke focus op klantintimiteit. Het team werkt vanuit één grote open ruimte, waarin support, beheer en projecten naadloos samenwerken. Jouw rol Dit is een Medior profiel De Medior Support Engineer is het tweede technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Het gaat hier niet om een eerstelijns rol: er wordt zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap verwacht. Werkzaamheden: Ondersteunen van klanten bij Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune en Exchange Online. Samenwerken met collega's in beheer en projecten. Signaleren van structurele knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen. Ontwikkeling van technische kennis via certificeringen en interne kennisdeling. Doorgroeimogelijkheden Support is het begin. Wie ownership toont en groeit in technische én communicatieve vaardigheden, kan doorgroeien richting beheer of projectwerk.
