Als System & Network Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de IT-infrastructuur van onze klanten. Je zorgt niet alleen voor ondersteuning, maar denkt actief mee en neemt initiatief om oplossingen te creëren die écht werken. Met jouw expertise en betrokkenheid maak je het verschil – elke dag opnieuw.

Hoe kan een dag bij Qastan IT er uit zien? - Je komt aan in het Qastan-kantoor te Kuurne. Sommige van jouw collega's zijn reeds aan het werk, terwijl andere pas later aankomen. Flexibele werkuren? Check!

- "Laten we eerst een kop koffie nemen!", roept een collega jou toe. Ondertussen bekijk je even de planning die door de project manager opgesteld werd. Een kleine onduidelijkheid? Snel even met de team leaders overleggen. Bureaus binnen en buiten lopen, laagdrempeligheid troef!

- Jouw hoofdtaak bestaat er vandaag voornamelijk in om samen met de klant de huidige IT-omgeving te optimaliseren. Gisteren installeerde je immers reeds de nieuwe hardware voor die andere klant.

- "Is het al zo laat?" Tijd voor een spelletje op de kicker met de collega's. Benieuwd wat de inzet van de wedstrijd van vandaag is...

- Na een gezellige lunch met de collega's op het terras, schuif je mee aan tafel voor een project meeting. "Drink je nog iets, een cola misschien?" vraagt een van jouw collega's terwijl hij de vergaderzaal binnenloopt. Eén van de klanten heeft een uitbreiding op zijn huidige toepassingen gevraagd. Samen met team bekijk je de mogelijkheden.

- Na de meeting nog vlug even de klant van gisteren opbellen om te zien of alles goed verlopen is. " Perfect".

- Nog even werk je je eigen agenda bij en rapporteer je aan de team leader.

- Onder de stralende zon, keer je goedgemutst terug huiswaarts.

Bij Qastan zoeken we een hands-on System & Network Engineer die initiatief neemt en actief meedenkt met onze klanten. Jij gaat voor kwalitatieve, duurzame oplossingen en combineert technische skills met helder communiceren.

Je installeert hardware, beheert netwerken, zorgt voor beveiliging en configuratie, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen: achter jou staat een sterk team dat samen uitdagingen aanpakt. Klantgerichtheid zit in jouw DNA – jij begrijpt hun noden en vertaalt die naar slimme IT-oplossingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een IT-georiënteerde mindset en bent leergierig.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een pluspunt maar geen must. J
  • Je hebt ervaring met:
  • Windows Server (DC, FS, SQL…), IIS, Linux
  • Office 365 & SharePoint
  • Hardware: servers, switches, firewalls ( Fortigate / Watchguard)
  • Back-upoplossingen zoals Veeam en cloud backup
  • Besturingssystemen: Windows, macOS
  • Management tools: RMM, Soti, ITGlue,…
  • Wifi-oplossingen zoals Unifi, Aruba, Ubiquiti,…
  • Kennis van Microsoft Azure is een mooie bonus
  • Je werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband.
  • Flexibiliteit is jouw tweede natuur – een 9-to-5 mentaliteit past niet bij jou.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
