Als Medior Toezichthouder Omgevingswet zorg je dat wat in Vlaardingen verrijst klopt: voor de aannemer, voor de omwonenden en voor de stad. Toe aan een omgeving waarin je je kunt ontwikkelen tot ervaren toezichthouder, met collega's die je daarbij helpen? Wat ga je doen? Je houdt toezicht op een gevarieerd palet aan bouwprojecten in Vlaardingen. Je inspecteert bouwlocaties, controleert of bouwwerken voldoen aan vergunning en Bbl, en rapporteert je bevindingen helder en onderbouwd. Je werkt nauw samen met de senior toezichthouder, juristen en casemanagers. Bij complexe situaties zoek je sparring; bij standaardzaken pak je zelfstandig door. Je bouwt actief aan eigen expertise. - Toezicht houden op middelgrote en kleinere bouwprojecten - Bouwlocaties inspecteren en bevindingen rapporteren - Beoordelen of bouwwerken voldoen aan vergunning en Bbl - Signaleren van afwijkingen en escaleren waar nodig - Ondersteunen van de senior toezichthouder bij complexe dossiers - Contact onderhouden met aannemers, opdrachtgevers en omwonenden - Bijhouden van vakkennis (Omgevingswet, Bbl, bouwregelgeving) Wie ben jij? Jij bent een aanpakker met technische affiniteit, oog voor kwaliteit en een prettige manier van communiceren. Nauwkeurig, leergierig, niet bang om vragen te stellen. Stevig genoeg om bevindingen te onderbouwen, ook als die niet welgevallig zijn.
