Ons werk bepaalt mede de koers van toonaangevende vastgoed- en gebiedsontwikkelingen in heel Nederland. Wij werken voor organisaties als de TU Delft, gemeenten zoals Helmond, Lelystad en Zoetermeer, en partijen als SADC. Zo werken we bijvoorbeeld aan het Powerport-vraagstuk in Moerdijk en zijn we al jarenlang betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van de Rijnhaven in Rotterdam. Jij gaat, samen met jouw team, adviseren over de ontwikkeling of transformatie van projecten als deze. Je zoekt een uitdaging waar je dagelijks werkt aan toonaangevende projecten binnen de gehele keten Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling voor zowel publieke als private opdrachtgevers. Je hebt al wat ervaring opgedaan en wilt die kennis graag delen met anderen. Jij verbindt de teams en laat de minder ervaren collega's en iedereen in jouw omgeving groeien. Als mensen en als professionals. Samen met andere ondernemende vakidioten bedenk je creatieve oplossingen voor complexe vastgoedpuzzels. Je volgt de marktontwikkelingen op de voet en hebt de kennis en de skills om de haalbaarheid en risico's van ontwikkelprojecten voor publieke en private partijen te bepalen. In onderhandelingen verbind jij de partijen en krijg je de beste ontwikkel- en samenwerkingsstrategie op tafel. Veel van onze projecten staan onder grote politieke druk.
