Als Medior Vastgoedinspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inspecteren, analyseren en adviseren over de technische staat van bestaand vastgoed. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten waarbij onderhoud, verduurzaming en toekomstbestendig vastgoedbeheer centraal staan. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis en analytisch vermogen help je opdrachtgevers om weloverwogen keuzes te maken voor de instandhouding en verbetering van hun vastgoedportefeuille. Je voert inspecties uit aan uiteenlopende vastgoedobjecten, zoals scholen, wooncomplexen, zorginstellingen en culturele gebouwen. Op basis van jouw bevindingen stel je meerjarenonderhoudsplannen, conditiemetingen en duurzaamheidsadviezen op. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de huidige staat van een gebouw, maar ook naar de toekomstige onderhoudsbehoefte, investeringen en mogelijkheden voor verduurzaming. Je vertaalt technische informatie naar heldere rapportages en praktische adviezen en begeleidt opdrachtgevers bij het maken van strategische keuzes. Of het nu gaat om een groot aantal onderhoudsplannen binnen een korte doorlooptijd of een langdurig traject met een omvangrijke vastgoedportefeuille, jij houdt overzicht en zorgt voor een gedegen onderbouwing van jouw adviezen. Binnen projecten werk je nauw samen met collega's, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en inhoudelijke kennis ben je een waardevolle sparringpartner die bijdraagt aan veilige, duurzame en toekomstbestendige gebouwen.
