Medior Vergunningverlener omgevingswet Wil jij werken aan plannen die zichtbaar bijdragen aan de leefomgeving? Van nieuwe woonwijken tot innovatieve ontwikkelingen in het buitengebied. Als Medior Vergunningverlener bij de SWO denk je niet alleen in regels, maar vooral in mogelijkheden. Het team Omgevingsvergunningen is onderdeel van het netwerk Bestuur van de samenwerkingsorganisatie (SWO). Voor zowel de gemeente Hoogeveen als voor de gemeente De Wolden leveren we maatwerk. Bouw mee aan de toekomst van stad én platteland. De organisatie bestaat uit een tweehoofdige directie, vijf netwerken (Concern, Informatie, Bestuur, Sociaal en Openbare Ruimte). De SWO werkt vanuit een sturingsfilosofie. Daarin staan, vanuit onze kernwaarden Vertrouwen, Verbinding en Eigenaarschap (VVE), aandacht voor de mens en sturen op resultaat centraal. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer beoordeel je een aanvraag voor een uitbouw of dakkapel, de andere keer werk je aan een groter woningbouwproject of een ontwikkeling in het buitengebied. Je toetst aanvragen aan het Omgevingsplan, de Omgevingswet, het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl) en gemeentelijk beleid. Op basis daarvan kom je tot een zorgvuldig en helder besluit dat voor aanvragers goed te begrijpen is. Je voert regie op het proces, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen tijdig, zorgvuldig en transparant worden afgehandeld. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op toetsen en beoordelen, maar denk je waar mogelijk ook mee over kansen en oplossingen. Je ziet mogelijkheden zonder de regels, belangen en kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen. In deze rol heb je veel contact met inwoners, ondernemers, architecten en verschillende interne en externe adviseurs. Je weet complexe regelgeving begrijpelijk uit te leggen en geeft duidelijk aan wat nodig is om een initiatief verder te brengen.
