Zo zorg je dat we projecten in de utilitaire, binnenstedelijke gestapelde woningbouw succesvol realiseren. Daarbij zet je in op een efficiënte samenwerking tussen de betrokken disciplines. Jij komt in actie zodra een project vanuit de voorbereidingsfase wordt overgedragen aan de uitvoering, vaak al in de DO- of TO-fase. Het resultaat? Projecten van topkwaliteit die volgens planning en binnen budget verlopen, en op een veilige manier duurzaam worden gerealiseerd. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Als sparringpartner van de projectleider controleer je onder meer de BIM-modellen om te zorgen dat ontwerp en uitvoering goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn. - Je werkt samen met verschillende specialisten, waaronder van Projectengineering, Calculatie en de uitvoeringsteams, en de afdelingen E-techniek, W-techniek, Beton en onze eigen innovatieve BIM-afdeling. We hebben alle disciplines zelf in huis! - Op de bouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onder meer onderaannemers en architecten. Ook zit je regelmatig aan tafel met de opdrachtgever als deze vraagt om advies. - Vanaf de voorbereidingsfase ben je al betrokken bij je projecten. Zodra de voorbereiding van de ruwbouw en gevels is afgerond, begin je aan een nieuw project, terwijl je op de achtergrond betrokken blijft voor eventuele vragen of ondersteuning.
