Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het beoordelen van de mogelijkheden van cliënten op het gebied van werk en biedt hen zekerheid wanneer werken niet mogelijk is. Je werkt met complexe casussen en internationale regelgeving, waarbij je bijdraagt aan een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen: - Beoordelen van de belastbaarheid en arbeidsvermogen van cliënten, rekening houdend met hun medische en sociale context. - Opstellen van adviezen en beslissingen binnen de kaders van sociale zekerheidswetgeving en internationale verdragen. - Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling binnen arbeid en gezondheid, bijvoorbeeld via interne scholingen of netwerkbijeenkomsten. - Correspondentie met (internationale) artsen en andere professionals om complexe casussen zorgvuldig te beoordelen. - Deelnemen aan innovatie- en verbeterprojecten gericht op methodiek en klantprocessen.
