Medisch adviseur Zorg op Bonaire - Medische oordeelsvorming inzetten voor individuele zorgvragen én zorgbeleid geeft je als medisch adviseur Zorg op Bonaire een brede adviesrol. Jouw nieuwe baan Een aanvraag voor medische, paramedische of farmaceutische zorg vraagt om een zorgvuldige afweging van rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid. Als medisch adviseur Zorg beoordeel je deze aanvragen en bespreek je individuele casuïstiek en verzekerde zorg met zorgverleners. Je medische blik gebruik je ook op een ander niveau. Je adviseert over de inkoop van zorg, bewaakt kwaliteit en doelmatigheid en volgt ontwikkelingen binnen de gezondheidszorg. Signaleer je verbeterpunten, dan vertaal je die naar concrete adviezen voor het management. Ook kun je input leveren voor beleid rond zorg en zorginfrastructuur in Caribisch Nederland. Binnen je werk neem je zelfstandig beslissingen en bepaal je wanneer opschalen of afschalen nodig is. Daarnaast ben je volgens een rooster bereikbaar als achterwacht voor piketmedewerkers tijdens avonden, nachten en weekenden. De medisch adviseurs verdelen deze diensten onderling. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Zorg en Jeugd Caribisch Nederland voert vanuit Bonaire de zorgverzekering en jeugdzorg voor Caribisch Nederland uit. De werkzaamheden raken zowel individuele verzekerden als de organisatie en inrichting van zorg op Bonaire, Saba en Sint Eustatius. Zorg die niet op de eilanden beschikbaar is, kan in de regio of het buitenland worden geleverd. Binnen de afdeling voor dienstverlening aan verzekerden werk je als medisch adviseur Zorg en Jeugd samen met een afdelingshoofd, teamleider, andere medisch adviseurs en medisch assistenten. De directie heeft medewerkers in Caribisch Nederland en Den Haag. Via videoconferences en werkbezoeken houden zij contact en stemmen zij werkzaamheden af.
