Je combineert jouw medische expertise met organisatorische vaardigheden om de kwaliteit van het vaccinatieproces te waarborgen. Tegelijkertijd werk je samen met verschillende teams en afdelingen om de vaccinatiegraad te verhogen en bij te dragen aan het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma. Het is een rol waarin je zowel operationele als strategische uitdagingen tegenkomt, met ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling via interne trainingen en workshops. Wat je gaat doen: - Waarborgen: van de kwaliteit van het volledige vaccinatieproces op locatie en het ondersteunen van het medisch personeel met actuele informatie. - Deelnemen: aan locatie overstijgende medische overleggen en bijdragen aan evaluaties van vaccinatieprocessen. - Registreren: van medische incidenten bij FOBO en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging. - Opleiden: van nieuwe medische collega's, zoals artsen, prikkers en medewerkers van de medische balie. - Bijdragen: aan activiteiten die gericht zijn op het verhogen van de vaccinatiegraad binnen het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma.
