Door jouw eerlijkheid weten patiënten en collega's waar ze aan toe zijn, juist op moeilijke momenten. Kortom, jij geeft patiënten de beste zorg door een sterk team te vormen met je collega's. Ook ben jij: - Een hbo gediplomeerd Medisch Hulpverlener. - Eerder minimaal een half jaar werkzaam geweest op de SEH. Heb je een half jaar werkervaring (of een afgerond traineeship), maar weinig tot geen werkervaring op de SEH? Ook dan nodigen we jou uit om te solliciteren. - Beschikbaar voor 24 - 36 uur per week, alle diensten volgens rooster. - Stressbestendig, behendig en tactvol, óók tijdens hectiek. Dit ga je doen In een vaak spannende en onzekere periode voor onze patiënten, geef jij de beste zorg. Jij houdt je hoofd koel en je focus scherp, ook als het hectisch is. Van pasgeboren baby's tot kwetsbare ouderen: nergens in het ziekenhuis werk je met zoveel verschillende patiënten als op de Spoedeisende Hulp. En de SEH van het HagaZiekenhuis is ook nog eens een van de drukstbezochte SEH's van Nederland. Alleen op de SEH behandel je een gebroken pols én doe je een reanimatie met de ECMO op 1 dag. Jij zorgt voor: - Zorg op topniveau. Met patiënten van 0 tot 99 jaar, met ieder hun eigen zorgvraag, is écht geen dag hetzelfde. Jij beoordeelt welke zorg iemand nodig heeft en verleent spoedeisende hulp aan kinderen en volwassenen. Ook ben je de spil in de coördinatie van de zorg rondom de patiënt. En dat doe je allemaal op een grote en geavanceerde Spoedeisende Hulp van de regio Haaglanden. - Juiste voorlichting aan jouw pa...
