Een huisartsenpraktijk in Laakdal is op zoek naar een administratief bediende voor een ondersteunende administratieve functie, bij voorkeur met noties van juridisch en medisch vakjargon.

Wij jij bijdragen aan een werkomgeving waarin je elkaar steunt, stimuleert en patiëntgericht denkt en handelt? Als medisch-juridisch medewerker zorg je voor de dagelijkse administratieve ondersteuning in de dokterspraktijk en van de gerechtsdeskundige in deze dokterspraktijk. Het gaat om een unieke functie waarin jouw nauwkeurigheid en zin voor organisatie elke dag ruim aan bod zullen komen.

Functieomschrijving

Medisch-juridische administratie, plannen, organiseren van afspraken met diverse partijen; een degelijke juridische kennis en ervaring in (medische) dictaten zou zeker een pluspunt zijn.

Wat is jouw uitdaging?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juridisch-administratieve ondersteuning van onze dokter en gerechtsdeskundige.
  • Je verstrekt, binnen je bevoegdheid en rekening houdend met het medisch beroepsgeheim, informatie naar betrokken partijen.
  • Je beantwoordt telefoongesprekken op een professionele manier.
  • Je organiseert vergaderingen, verzorgt de verslaggeving.
  • Je bent het back - up aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, patiënten en uiteraard de gerechtsdeskundige in de praktijk.
  • Je verwerkt aangereikte (medische)/verpleegkundige gegevens in het patiëntendossier.

Profiel:

  • Opleiding gerelateerd aan rechtspraak of ervaring binnen dokterspraktijk/ juridische sector is een pluspunt.
  • Maturiteit en professionele houding.
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsvolle manier van werken.
  • Iemand die stevig in zijn/haar schoenen staat.

Jobgerelateerde competenties:

  • Je werkt zelfstandig aan administratieve dossiers die eigen zijn aan een dokterspraktijk en aan een medische expertise;
  • Je kan in kader van deze dossiers de externe partners/contacten op een correcte, tijdgebonden en persoonlijke manier ondersteunen, helpen en te woord staan;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en je kan ook onder druk georganiseerd blijven werken en prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je bezit een grote portie creativiteit en inventiviteit;
  • Je bent nauwgezet, ook op taalkundig vlak.
