Dan is dit een functie voor jou! In het kort: - 16 - 24 uur - Bepaalde tijd met intentie tot vast - Zwolle, Behandelsector Betekenisvol Daadkracht Energie Wat ga je doen? Als medisch secretaresse ondersteun je de behandeldienst van IJsselheem. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen behandelaren, cliënten, naasten en externe contacten. Daarbij houd je overzicht, stel je prioriteiten en zorg je dat alles goed geregeld is. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen agenda's, telefoontjes, behandelaren, cliënten en externe contacten. Juist die afwisseling geeft jou energie. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - agenda's beheert en afspraken plant; - medische correspondentie verzorgt; - telefoonverkeer afhandelt en vragen beantwoordt; - overleggen en bijeenkomsten organiseert en voorbereidt; - mailboxen en documenten beheert; - medische en behandelgegevens verwerkt; - ondersteunt bij administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden. Je werkt dus niet alleen achter de schermen, maar hebt dagelijks contact met collega's. Als medisch secretaresse zorg jij ervoor dat collega's van de behandeldienst hun werk goed kunnen doen. Jij brengt overzicht, houdt processen in beweging en zorgt dat afspraken, overleggen en administratie soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning kunnen behandelaren zich richten op waar zij goed in zijn: het leveren van goede zorg! Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen de behandeldienst van IJsselheem vanuit Zwolle en/of Kampen. Samen met jouw collega's van het medisch secretariaat ondersteun je onder andere specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundig specialisten, psychologen, therape...
