Dan zijn we bij het AVL ook op zoek naar jou! Een eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medisch specialisten die onze patiënten behandelen, dat ben jij. Als organisatorische rechterhand voor de collega's binnen de afdeling farmacologie en psychiatrie biedt de medisch secretaresse ondersteuning op maat. Niet op de automatische piloot, maar met persoonlijke aandacht en gevoel voor precisie zorg je voor rust en structuur op de afdeling. Als medisch secretaresse : - Heb je rechtstreeks contact met zowel in- en externe verwijzers als artsen; - Ben je de schakel tussen de artsen, verpleegkundig specialisten en de patiënt bij (acute) vragen; - Vraag je herhaalrecepten op; - Handel je informatieverzoeken van derden af; - Houd je je bezig met overige organisatorische en secretariële werkzaamheden voor optimale ondersteuning van het team. Hier ga je werken Als medisch secretaresse kom je te werken op het medisch secretariaat van de afdeling interne van het cluster Medisch Oncologische Disciplines (MOD). Het medisch secretariaat bestaat uit een team van ca 20 collega's die verspreid over de verschillende specialismes werkzaam zijn. Waarom het AVL? In het Antoni van Leeuwenhoek zetten we ons allemaal in voor hetzelfde doel: de beste zorg voor iedere patiënt en elke soort kanker. Niet niks. Maar niet onmogelijk.
