The posting

Voor onze consultatie oogziekten zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medisch secretaresse. We zoeken iemand om ons team voor onbepaalde duur en voor bepaalde duur (zwangerschapsvervanging) te versterken. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve en technische taken. Je staat in voor het beantwoorden van telefonische oproepen en plannen van afspraken. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het uitvoeren van technische oogheelkundige onderzoeken, zoals OCT, gezichtsveldonderzoeken en automatische refractie. Ervaring met deze onderzoeken is geen vereiste maar een pluspunt. We voorzien zeker een interne opleiding.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als medisch secretaresse/secretaris sta je in voor het administratief ondersteunen van de artsen en het patiëntgericht en vriendelijk onthaal van de patiënten op de consultatie. Dit omvat o.a. volgende taken:

- Het onthalen van de patiënten en het nakijken van de afspraak - Het aanmaken van dossiers en deze up-to-date houden - Het beantwoorden van de vragen van de patiënten - Het plannen en organiseren van de afspraken en de onderzoeken - Het beantwoorden van telefonische oproepen - Het uitvoeren van algemene administratieve taken zoals plannen van vergaderingen, inscannen van documenten

- Je beschikt over een diploma medisch secretaresse, optometrist of TOA - Ervaring in de zorgsector is een pluspunt maar geen must - Je bent communicatief en patiëntvriendelijk - Door jouw stressbestendigheid kan je goed multitasken en weet je snel prioriteiten te stellen - Je kan vlot overweg met de courante office toepassingen en leert snel nieuwe programma’s aan - Je bent leergierig en flexibel
