Op de polikliniek MDL en de afdeling Endoscopie ontvang je patiënten, plan je afspraken en zorg je dat spreekuren en onderzoeken goed zijn voorbereid. Met jouw overzicht en aandacht zorg je dat patiënten én zorgprofessionals op je kunnen rekenen. Aantal uren 24 Sluitingsdatum 7 oktober 2026 Translate Jouw functie als Medisch Secretaresse In deze functie maak je iedere dag het verschil voor onze patiënten. Je zorgt dat de spreekuren soepel verlopen en goed zijn voorbereid. Daarbij werk je zowel in de front- als backoffice en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen patiënt, zorgprofessional en afdeling. Je werkt op de polikliniek MDL en de afdeling Endoscopie, waar je nauw samenwerkt met medisch specialisten, verpleegkundigen en andere collega's. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles rondom de patiënt goed geregeld is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, familie, bezoekers en verwijzers, aan de balie en telefonisch. - Je plant afspraken en beheert de spreekuuragenda's van de polikliniek en Endoscopie. - Je verzorgt de communicatie rondom de patiënt, onder andere via BeterDichtbij. - Je ondersteunt medisch specialisten en verpleegkundigen in de dagelijkse praktijk. Welkom op afdeling Maag-darm- en leverziekten en Endoscopie. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waarin verschillende disciplines nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Binnen de polikliniek heeft iedereen zijn eigen rol en verantwoordelijkheid. Jij zorgt voor goed contact met de patiënt en houdt overzicht in de planning. Samen zorgen jullie voor een gastvrije en professionele omgeving waarin de patiënt centraal staat.
