Functiebeschrijving

• Je staat in voor een efficiënt en patiëntvriendelijk onthaal op de dienst Mond-Kaak-Aangezicht chirurgie(MKA) • Je voert medische gegevens in, in verschillende softwarepakketten • Je beheert de toegewezen medische dossiers en je staat in voor het klassement. • Je plant afspraken met patiënten in. • Je onderhoudt vlotte contacten met zowel patiënten, artsen als collega’s. Profiel • Bij voorkeur bachelor ‘medical management assistant’ of gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Kennis van de medische terminologie • Patiëntgerichte houding en vriendelijk onthaal van patiënten • Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk • Zorgvuldig, planmatig en punctueel kunnen werken • Stressbestendig en prioriteiten weten te stellen • Vlotte planner en goede time management skills • Goede kennis van de courante Office-toepassingen

Profiel • Bij voorkeur bachelor ‘medical management assistant’ of gelijkwaardig door ervaring • Kennis van de medische terminologie • Patiëntgerichte houding en vriendelijk onthaal van patiënten • Communicatief sterk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk • Zorgvuldig, planmatig en punctueel kunnen werken • Stressbestendig en prioriteiten weten te stellen • Vlotte planner en goede time management skills • Goede kennis van de courante Office-toepassingen
