Als medisch secretaresse houd je de lijnen strak. Zo kunnen zorgverleners zich richten op patiënten. Dit ga je doen - Je ondersteunt artsen en verpleegkundig specialisten voor, tijdens en na het spreekuur. - Je ontvangt patiënten, beantwoordt telefoontjes en stemt af met collega's binnen en buiten de afdeling. - Je verwerkt medische en administratieve gegevens in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. - Je bewaakt de spreekuurplanning en zorgt dat alles op tijd en soepel verloopt. - Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van werkwijzen. Het betreft een functie voor 32 uur in de week. Door de telefonische bereikbaarheid tussen 8:00-17:00 uur werken we met twee diensten: de een van 8:00 tot 16:30 uur en de ander van 8:30 tot 17:00 uur. In overleg met je collega-secretaresses bepaal je wie wanneer welke dienst draait. Hier ga je werken Je werkt op de polikliniek Medische Oncologie, onderdeel van de divisie Beeld & Oncologie. Hier werken we multidisciplinair aan de behandeling en begeleiding van mensen met kanker. De zorg is intensief en vraagt om aandacht, structuur en samenwerking. Jouw werk maakt het mogelijk dat zorgverleners zich helemaal kunnen richten op de patiënt. Je komt nauw samen te werken in een team van artsen, verpleegkundigen en secretaresses. Ook met de dagbehandeling en kliniek zijn de lijnen kort. Binnen het secretariaat is ruimte om mee te denken over hoe het werk slimmer kan. Wil je alvast de sfeer proeven in ons ziek...
