Binnen het Centrum voor Radiologie en Nucleaire Geneeskunde (CRN) zoeken we een enthousiaste en zorgzame professional voor de functie als Medische Secretaresse. In deze dynamische rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten en ondersteun je zowel in de administratie als de patiënten planning. Aantal uren 24 - 36 Sluitingsdatum 9 oktober 2026 Afdeling Translate Jouw functie als medisch secretaresse In deze afwisselende functie combineer je patiëntgerichte taken met administratieve verantwoordelijkheden. Als medische secretaresse ben jij het vriendelijke gezicht en de ondersteunende kracht voor patiënten en collega's. Dankzij jouw inspanningen verlopen processen soepel en krijgen onze patiënten de zorg die zij verdienen. Een greep uit de taken die je gaat uitvoeren: - Je ontvangt patiënten en helpt hen op weg binnen de afdeling. - Je plant onderzoeken en informeert patiënten, zowel telefonisch als aan de balie. - Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling van afspraken, dossiers en communicatie via telefoon en e-mail. In jouw werkweek ben je daarom te vinden op verschillende werkplekken op de afdeling: - Aan de balie als het gezicht van de afdeling. - Aan de telefoon als vraagbaak voor patiënten en collega's en als planner van onderzoeken. - Bij de specialistische planbureaus, waar je meewerkt aan de planning van CT, MRI, Angiografie en Nucleaire Geneeskunde. Welkom bij het Centrum voor Radiologie en Nucleaire Geneeskunde (CRN) Onze afdeling heeft zich recent vernieuwd, met moderne apparatuur en vernieuwde huisvesting. Binnen CRN werken ruim 100 enthousiaste medewerkers, waaronder medisch beeldvormings- en bestralingsdeskundigen, radiologen en nucleair geneeskundigen.
