Je verzorgt medische correspondentie en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, collega's en externe partijen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij vragen over de Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz) en geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ). Je plant en coördineert werkzaamheden binnen de eerstelijnszorg en verzorgt de verslaglegging. Je onderhoudt contact met huisartsen, ziekenhuizen, laboratoria en andere ketenpartners om een soepele samenwerking te waarborgen. In een hecht en ondersteunend team werk je nauw samen met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en andere behandelaren, waarbij jouw inbreng en organisatietalent gewaardeerd worden. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris volgens CAO VVT FWG 35: € 2.663,54 tot € 3.592,96 bruto per maand bij 36 uur. - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een parttime werkweek van 16-20 uur met voorspelbare werkdagen. - 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering, reiskostenvergoeding en een flexibel budget dat je naar eigen inzicht kunt inzetten. - (Interne) trainingen om je kennis van Wlz, GRZ en ONS verder te ontwikkelen. - Een informeel en betrokken team waarin collega's elkaar ondersteunen en kennis delen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding Medisch Secretaresse met aantoonbaar diploma. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in administratieve functies binnen de zorg. - Goede digitale vaardigheden, inclusief ervaring met systemen zoals ONS. - Organisatorisch sterk en communicatief vaardig met diverse doelgroepen. - Beschikt over eigen vervoer voor inzet op meerdere locaties.
