The posting

De Polikliniek Cardiologie van AZ Maria Middelares bestaat uit een gedreven team van 15 cardiologen die werkzaam zijn op 7 locaties in de regio Gent. Samen zetten we ons elke dag in om aan onze patiënten hartelijke en kwalitatieve zorg te bieden.

Om ons secretariaat vanaf het voorjaar 2027 verder te versterken, zoeken we nu reeds een dynamische en gedreven secretariaatsmedewerker die graag mee instaat voor een vlotte en professionele organisatie van onze dienst.

Je werkt in het AZ Maria Middelares te Gent en in het Medisch Centrum te Gentbrugge. In de toekomst kan dit worden uitgebreid met ondersteuning in het AZ Sint-Vincentius te Deinze.

Als medisch secretariaatsmedewerker maak je deel uit van het grotere team van het Hartcentrum. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel in de zorgverlening en zorgt ervor dat alle administratieve en organisatorische processen op wieltjes lopen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

- Je verwelkomt en begeleidt patiënten aan de frontoffice met een glimlach en zorgt voor een professioneel en patiëntgericht onthaal. - Je beantwoordt telefoons en verstrekt correcte en duidelijke informatie door aan patiënten, (huis)artsen, collega’s, verzekeringsmakelaars en andere betrokkenen. - Je plant onderzoeken en hartprocedures in onze 3 interventiezalen en bereidt de opnamedossiers van patiënten zorgvuldig voor. - Je beheert de agenda’s van de cardiologen en zorgt ervoor dat deze overzichtelijk en up-to-date blijven. - Je ondersteunt collega’s bij de dagelijkse organisatie en werking van de dienst. - Je springt flexibel bij waar nodig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen takenpakket.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma Healthcare Management of een gelijkwaardig diploma met kennis van de medische wereld. - Je bent enthousiast ingesteld, uiterst nauwkeurig, leergierig en flexibel. Je werkt graag samen in een teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig je taken opnemen. - Je kan vlot met verschillende digitale toepassingen werken en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan. - Je bent professioneel en draagt een warm hart voor patiënten en collega’s. - Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
