Als medisch secretariaatsmedewerker inwendige bestaan je verantwoordelijkheden uit onderstaande:

  • Telefonie: in- en externe oproepen correct afhandelen volgens opgelegde afspraken.
  • Agendabeheer (KWS): in- en externe afspraken plannen volgens vraag van patiënt of dienst, het soort onderzoek en de graad van dringendheid.
  • Patiënten ontvangen: inschrijving nakijken.
  • Typen: medische verslagen van de consultaties uittypen aan de hand van dictaten.
  • Raadplegingen voorbereiden: nodige dossiers klaarleggen
  • Patiëntgegevens opvragen: extern uitgevoerde onderzoeken, laboresultaten,...
  • Beheer medisch dossier (elektronisch + papieren): correct afwerken en klasseren.
  • Patiënten informeren: de nodige uitleg kunnen geven m.b.t. afspraken, praktische info, etc.
  • Postbehandeling: zowel in- en extern als elektronisch (mails).
  • Overige administratieve taken: facturatie van opgenomen patiënten, wachtdiensten ingeven, scannen, intern patiëntenvervoer voorzien, etc.
  • Voorraadbeheer: in- en externe bestellingen doen.

Dit zoeken we in jou

  • Je bent vriendelijk en positief ingesteld en dat straal je ook uit.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor medical management assistant of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Dankzij je empathie kan je je verplaatsen in de beleving van de patiënt en weet je hen gerust te stellen of een probleem adequaat op te lossen.
  • Je beschikt over uitgebreide administratieve vakkennis.
  • Je bezit over goede luistervaardigheden en je communiceert duidelijk (schriftelijk en verbaal).
  • Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en een organisatietalent, ook bij drukke momenten ken je de taken de juist prioriteit toe.
  • Je toont zin voor samenwerken en collegialiteit.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
