Dit ga je doen - Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de patiënten en behandelaren binnen het adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) team. - Het ACHD-team richt zich op volwassen patiënten met een aangeboren hartafwijking. - Jij bent het gezicht van de afdeling en werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke behandelaren waarbij het belang van de patiënt centraal staat. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de digitale patiëntendossiers en correcte registratie van patientgegevens in dit patientendossier (HiX). - Je bereidt spreekuren voor en werkt deze na afloop uit door orders voor mogelijke (vervolg)onderzoeken te verwerken en vervolgafspraken te plannen. - Ook handel jij in deze functie de medische correspondentie af, beheer je de telefoon en heb je contact met zowel patiënten als verschillende zorgverleners. - Al met al betreft het een zeer afwisselende en dynamische functie. Hier ga je werken Het ACHD secretariaat is onderdeel van de polikliniek cardiologie binnen de divisie Hart & Longen. Op de polikliniek cardiologie zorgen wij voor een zo optimaal mogelijk zorgproces van de patiënt. Onze cardiologen en verpleegkundig specialisten houden spreekuur. Als secretaresse van het ACHD-team verzorg jij samen met je collega's de administratieve afhandeling van deze spreekuren en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten en artsen. D...
