Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen organiseert opvang voor verzoekers om internationale bescherming. Om kwaliteitsvolle, toegankelijke en mensgerichte gezondheidszorg te garanderen, zoeken we een Medisch Teamleider in het noodopvangcentrum te Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe.

Als Medisch Teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de verpleegkundig gestuurde gezondheidspraktijk binnen het opvangcentrum. Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met coachend leiderschap en werkt nauw samen met de centrumleiding, artsen en externe zorgpartners.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • de organisatie en kwaliteitsbewaking van de medische dienstverlening;
  • de aansturing, coaching en ondersteuning van verpleegkundigen en medisch-administratieve medewerkers;
  • het bewaken van medische procedures, registraties en wettelijke verplichtingen;
  • de samenwerking met interne diensten, artsen en externe zorgverleners;
  • het signaleren van noden en het verder uitbouwen van een kwaliteitsvolle en toekomstgerichte medische werking.

Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan een veilige, toegankelijke en respectvolle zorgomgeving voor bewoners.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma bachelor verpleegkunde, erkend in België, en bent in het bezit van een geldig visum uitgereikt door de FOD Volksgezondheid.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een zorgcontext; ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een troef;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen asielopvang, intercultureel werken of met kwetsbare doelgroepen;
  • een goede kennis van elektronische medische dossiers en MS Office;
  • een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en/of Engels;
  • sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden

Daarnaast ben je een coachende en verbindende leidinggevende die:

  • initiatief neemt en resultaatgericht werkt;
  • kwaliteitsbewust en nauwkeurig handelt;
  • constructief samenwerkt met diverse partners;
  • professioneel en integer omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • rust en overzicht bewaart in een dynamische omgeving.
